This is how addictive vapes really are. Just like smoking cigarettes, vaping also comes with risks. Doctor Onkar Mudhar explains on TikTok how harmful and addictive vaping is. We secretly know that it is unhealthy. Only Onkar explains it in great detail. Consuming one vape is equivalent to smoking about 48 to 50 cigarettes. Vapes contain an amount of nicotine salt that is equivalent to 20 milligrams of nicotine, says Dr. Onkar.

There are quite a few ingredients in the vape that you prefer to keep as far away from your lungs (and the rest of your body) as cheap e liquids online. The harmful substances in e-cigarettes include nicotine, propylene glycol, glycerol, aldehydes, nitrosamines and metals.
