You can also visualize the cost of inaction. For example, you might say that if you do nothing, you might end up in a job you don’t like for a few years-imagine this will help remind you of the results of not insisting. Maintain your participation by creating a sense of urgency. Goals without a clear end are easy to be overlooked, but if you accept the power of deadlines, you can increase your chances of achieving your goals.
